With increasing grade levels, the number of Required Contact Hours increases.
- Grade D1 = 12 Hours
- Grade D2 = 16 Hours
- Grade D3 = 24 Hours

How do I submit hours?
The certificate holder is responsible for sending in proof of continuing education training. Use the Application to send in the required information and fee for renewal. Reference the contact info on the application for any questions.
