This course is approved by TCEQ as a Resiliency Overview Core Course (course code 1657). Upon completion students will be awarded 2 training credit hours applicable towards qualification for a Texas water operator license. If the student already has a license and has never taken a Resiliency Overview Course then this course will count for their resiliency renewal requirements. Once an operator has used this course to obtain, upgrade, or renew a license this course will not count for resiliency continuing education credit.

This course is approved for 10 hours of continuing education for both water and wastewater treatment in Texas. The course consists of 11 modules covering: Unit Conversions, Working with Formulas, Understanding Percentages, Calculating Area, Calculating Volume, Weight-Volume Relationships, Force-Pressure-Head, Velocity and Flow Rate, Pump, The Metric System, and Problem Solving.
